Because of my desire to explore the world, I moved to Beijing, China and studied Chinese Language and Literature major as my Bachelor's.
After many valuable experiences, I came back to Türkiye and followed my dreams. Since 2018, I am working in the esports/gaming field in Turkey.

During my tenure as Gaming Operation Manager at TikTok, I was responsible for scaling the gaming creator ecosystem. My contributions spanned across strategic talent development, internal enablement, and process automation.
I significantly increased the total number of active gaming creators on the platform by identifying, onboarding, and developing promising talents. I also introduced numerous new streamers to the ecosystem, focusing on sustainable growth especially on games like Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and VALORANT
Through targeted support programs and individualized mentorship, I enabled smaller creators to scale their presence, engagement, and monetization. Many underrepresented talents experienced measurable growth in key performance metrics under my guidance.
To enhance team scalability and efficiency, I authored comprehensive training materials, playbooks, and onboarding guides. These resources became foundational tools for new live streamers.
I developed internal tools tailored to the team's specific needs, streamlining repetitive tasks, centralizing data, and improving transparency across workflows. These automations contributed to reduced operational friction and higher productivity.
In Senfonico, I was responsible for leading social media strategy of LoLespor which is the lead organization of League of legends Esports in Turkey. During my job time I have researched for oppurtunities to develop more connectiond between the community and the official teams through Riot Games. We have listened the games' fans and viewers to engage and build up a more fun to watch esports league.
In Turkey's League of Legends Esports scene, the main community is using the Twitter for news and updates therefore our primary focus of social media was built around it.
I have used Twitter cards, Analytics, Media Studio and Tweet composer to organize the content and serve it on the most formal way as possible hence our client LoLespor's main principle was being the federation of a proffessional organization.
With Twitter cards, we were able to link our content with our website, lolespor.com without any visible links in tweet descriptions.
Thanks to usage of Twitter Media Studio, unlike others tweeted on simple Twitter main page, our animated contents have a thumbnail image of we have selected. We were able to use our primary objective even on the first look of videos.
And lastly, with the access of Legacy Tweet Composer tool, we were able to create polls and interact with our audince, which you can't add a media and a poll together on Twitter's basic management.
In this example, besides our video has a title + a tweet description, it is also hidden with a link.
Followers who choose to watch our content are able to click on video and redirect to our client's Youtube Channel to watch this content with control and a better video quality.
Video Title - Using long sentences to describe to content
Website traffic - No given link due to Twitter's character limit
Simple context of the post - No thumbnail, followers have to read and watch all
LoLespor did not have any new series in recent years until we came out with the idea of "Bizimkiler" which is actually a populer content amongs the Turkish followers even before we started this content series on our social media accounts.
This content contains informations about Turkish players who have played on TCL before and now playing on other official League of Legends Esports Leagues.
3 Player from LEC and 3 player from LCS leagues are given with the information of their weekly games' KDA, in game champions they have chosen, opponent teams and the result of their games.
Galatasaray was my first professional team in esports industry. As someoe who has been raised as a Galatasaray fan since my childhood by my family, this oppurtnity was where my different dreams come and meet together.
In my total work duration, I have worked with 70+ esports players, 7 coaches and 3 designers for total of 9 different games.
2x Zula Teams
During my time at Galatasaray Esports, I worked with 3 different Zula teams. We finished the 6th season of Zula Esports in 3rd place and the 7th season of Zula Esports in 2nd place.
I organized the transportation, accommodation, food, and clothing needs of our players in the 7th Season Finals of Zula Esports, which was held offline. During the mentioned tournament, I was in the event area as a team official.
29x FIFA Pro Clubs Players
Our FIFA Pro Clubs team, which is the most crowded team of Galatasaray Esports, includes an intense structure played with the 11vs11 layout. Our squad, which was competing in two different esports leagues at the same time, made frequent player transfers.
During my work time, we concluded the Pro Elite League Season 2 and the Turkish Esports Football League with a championship.
5x Pro Evolotion Soccer Players
We became the second Turkish team to establish an Esports team for the Pro Evolution Soccer game.
At the beginning times of the global covid19 pandemic, we attracted attention with the "European Friendly Cup" tournament, which I took on the organization. After the conclusion of the tournament, we were invited to join eFootball.Pro league, which is the authorized Esports league managed by Konami! We became the first and only Turkish team to contest in the eFootball.Pro league.
We made another innovation by broadcasting our 4th-week match against Juventus F.C. live on our Galatasaray SK Youtube official account, accompanied by a Turkish speaker.
Our former player Mücahit21 received the Best Defender award in his debut season. He continued his professional career with other teams in Europe and is currently playing for FC Bayern Esports.
League of Legends, the main priority game of Galatasaray Esports, contests in the authorized esports leagues by Riot Games which are the Turkish Championship League and Turkish Academy League. We were concluding our rosters with esports players who drew attention with their social media visibility and their performance in games.
We won the championship in the summer season of 2021, in which we obtained back the famous South Korean coach Heo "Irean" Young Cheol to our country by agreeing with, who had won the championship in the Turkish Championship League with another team before.
In addition, the young players we introduced in the Academy squad transferred to the other Champions League teams and got the opportunity to play actively.
During my tenure, I was responsible for transportation, accommodation, health checks and treatments, food, clothing, household goods, housing expenses, and market needs of our League of Legends teams esports players and technical staff.
On the other hand, apart from the basic needs of our esports players, I was involved in official processes such as creating professional paperwork necessary for our club, following the transfer process of esports players, editing and signing esports players' contracts, esports players payroll tracking, and press releases on Television and Social Media.
FIFA Ultimate Team is another game that Galatasaray Esports attaches importance to. We participated in various #StayHome tournaments during the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic and during the full shutdown. We have achieved numerous successes, including 2 championship titles from the online tournaments we participated in. Also, apart from the tournaments we took part in during the pandemic period, we sent e-mails to other famous football clubs in Europe and offered friendly matches to be played via FIFA, and we carried out these alliances successfully. We broke new ground in this field by broadcasting our esports friendly matches against SS Lazio, AFC Fiorentina, Parma Calcio 1913, Sparta Prague, VfB Stuttgart teams live on our Galatasaray SK YouTube account.
As Galatasaray Esports, we concentrated not only on the country's foremost Esports games but also on games where the number of partakers is high but there are no professional leagues, tournaments, or contests. We established one of the first NBA2K Esports teams in our country and made its announcement together with our Basketball branch.
We settled with Barış Ali Doğan, who stands out with his individual achievements in global tournaments, for the Hearthstone and Teamfight Tactics games, and we participated in various qualifiers.
We took an essential step to be assertive in every esports field by assembling our PUBG Mobile squad, and we successfully achieved to compete in a total of 9 different games in a single professional sports club!
